Wow, it’s been ages ago since I posted anything here. Apologies! Well, I am still alive and life keeps going on as regular.
I got this list from Mikaela, and I thought it’s now time to shake this old buried rat alive again.
What did you want to become when you where little?
Well, when I was little I had a few things I wanted to be when I grew up. I have had some phases. I have a memory of me playing as a doctor when I was little, but what I remember is that I wanted to be an actress, a dancer (I can’t dance) or a singer (I sing terribly), and then I wanted to become a goalkeeper in a male hockey team. Let’s just say that last part didn’t happen (well, neither did the actress, dancer nor singer).
What are you today?
Uneducated? Well, OK, not really, but so far I ”am” not any particular profession. I work with people who get ill or injured abroad and need assistance, and at this time I study criminology. I dream of becoming a doctor, though. Only time will tell if that’s what I’ll be or not.
Where would you like to travel the most?
Well, basically everywhere. But my highest priorities are the US (so much to see!), Canada, Latin America, South America, Africa (especially South Africa), Australia, New Zealand. But like I said, there are too many places I’d like to visit to even make a list.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Wow, that’s difficult. I don’t really look at life in that way, I try not to look too far ahead because life never goes as planned anyway. I hope to be studying for my dream profession, living in a small house or a great apartment in a lovely city, that I have another dog (hopefully a rescue), and that I still travel as much as I can. And most of all, that my family is still happy and healthy.
Red or white?
Depends on in regards to what. Whine? White. Color? Both.
Summer or winter?
Both, but I’d definitely pick summer. Winter is nice though, if it’d be a lot shorter, not as dark and if you were sure that it had lots of snow (but that it fell during night time). Summer is just awesome, unfortunately summers are too short in Sweden – and they often contain a lot of rain and cold weather. But when it’s a good summer, Sweden is the best place to be.
Forest or ocean?
Both. I love walking in a forest, breathing in the fresh air and just listen to birds sing. But I also love to sit by the ocean, listen to the waves and watch the sun set. I’d love to have a house by the ocean, but close to a forest.
What makes you sad?
When people treat other people, and animals, badly. Injustices and lack of equality for all. Illnesses.
What’s the best thing you know?
Nature, family and friends, animals (especially my own dog, of course!).
Well, ok, the truth is that fall is almost over and winter will take over.
I am considering turning this site into a Swedish blog shortly, so expect some new changes soon (I know – I’ve said it before…).
I am alive. I’ve just been really busy with life lately. A lot of changes. I promise to update soon!
